Here’s a GREAT twist to your post-workout smoothie!

ingredients:

 

250-300ml of your favourite milk
(depending how thick you like it!)

50g of your favourite protein powder
(we used pure whey protein)

30g of fresh raspberries

10g of RAWR Fusion cardamom

1 ripe banana

how to do:

this could not be any simpler…

 

place all of your ingredients in a blender and blitz!

 

once smooth, pour into a suitable glass and top with some fresh raspberries

 

put your paws up & enjoy!
